Returns & Exchanges

• We only accept exchanges in case of a manufacturing defect.

• The defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• Natural wood variations (color, grain, texture) are not considered defects, as each piece is unique.
