Due to the natural characteristics of wood, variations in color, grain, texture, and pattern are normal and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.
We do not guarantee that product appearance will meet personal expectations beyond what is shown on the website.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Signature Wood reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refused upon delivery, as all products are prepared and shipped specifically for the customer.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, which allows exchanges only in case of manufacturing defects.
Orders are for personal use only and may not be resold.

The price charged is the price at the time the order is placed.

Signature Wood is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Once the order is handed to the courier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
