Care Instructions

Clean After Use

• 
  Wash with mild dish soap and warm water using a soft cloth or sponge.
• 
  Do not soak or place in the dishwasher.
• 
  Rinse, wipe dry, and stand upright to air-dry.

Oil When Dry

• 
  Apply food-grade, FDA-certified mineral oil to all surfaces.
• 
  Leave for 4–6 hours or overnight, then wipe off excess oil.
• 
  Repeat if the wood absorbs oil quickly.

Wax (As Needed)

• 
  Apply a thin, even layer of cutting board wax after oiling.
• 
  Let sit for 15–20 minutes, then buff with a dry cloth.

  Avoid extreme heat and prolonged moisture.
• 
  Sanitize after cutting raw meat using a 1:1 vinegar-water solution.
• 
  Store wax in a cool, dry place.
